Field Sales Staff

Our field team members work across the country to support Do it Best and True Value members directly—visiting stores, advising on growth opportunities, and helping independent retailers thrive. These roles, which include positions in Sales and Lumber & Building Materials (LBM), are ideal for self-starters who love building relationships, solving problems, and making an impact in the real world.

Whether you’re guiding a new store opening, helping improve operations, or sharing insight into marketing or merchandising strategies, you’ll be a hands-on partner in helping our members succeed.

These roles are based across the U.S. and typically involve regular travel.

Located in Cary, IL, our manufacturing facility includes more than 600,000 square feet of production space and plays a key role in delivering high-quality products across multiple categories—including coatings, stains, aerosols, cleaning chemicals, and paint applicators.

Team members here are part of a fast-paced, hands-on environment where precision, innovation, and quality are at the core of everything we do. From production and packaging to quality control and logistics, every role contributes to products that support independent retailers and serve customers across the country.
